Why Cash App freezes when I try to activate my cash app card?

 So I ordered my cash app card last week and I got it today, when I tried to activate the app to my card and it wouldn’t let me do anything, so I closed the cash app and I started it, It’s still the same thing then when I turn off my phone and turn it back on, still works the same when I try to activate cash app, then I delete the cash app and put it again Installed and I tried it again and it still has the same result, so I’d appreciate if anyone can help me with this problem.

My friend also said I Can’t activate cash card when I order a cash app card. He said I recently received my cash card in the mail so I went to activate it. I am not allowed every time I go to activate cash app, it says that it cannot be activated cash app and to try again. 

Before I also read how to activate a cash app card? But my all efforts are failed at that time. Here I am posting what I was read about cash app card activation.

Cash Card is a free, customizable debit card linked to the cash app balance. It can be used anywhere Visa is accepted both online and in stores. 

To order yours:

(A) Tap the Cash Card tab on your Cash App home screen

(b) Press Receive Cash Card

(c) Tap continue

(d) Follow the steps

You must be 18 or older to apply for a cash card. Cards must arrive within 10 working days. As soon as you can use your cash card by adding Apple Pay and Google Pay or using the card details found in the Cash Card tab.
